However there are something that I want the Pokemon Franchise to change , since it is all about capture them all and level grinding only. Here is my own 2-cents opinion how to improve the Pokemon.
(1) Quality Control
Ok , I take a few Pokemon of current gen to compete 1st Gen of Pokemon for ugliness.
In my opinion , the most ugliest 1st gen is Jynx .

(2) Improvise on the Plot
The Pokemon starting is always clichéd , you are a teen boy / girl hit puberty and now on the quest to become a Pokemon Master and battle the gym leader to fight Elite 4 to become Pokemon Master but when you recycle the plot for almost 10 years , it can start getting stale. So how about start to add some extra "ingredients" ?

(3) Different starting type Pokemon
Since from the day one Pokemon been release , it's been the triangle versus elements of fire type , water type and grass type , and its been a long cycle since it is been like this. Hmm .. Can you please change a bit . Such as .... for example maybe Fighting Type , Psychic Type and Dark Type or Steel Type , Rock Type and Electric Type . As long as I didn't see anymore of those Red , Green and Blue !
(4) Some new villains ...
